OVERHEAD TRAVELLING CRANE AND RIGGING – COMPETENT OPERATOR < 50 TONNES

Course is constructed to meet the requirements for Competent Operator of a Crane as per the Saskatchewan Occupational Health and Safety Regulations (OHS), Part 13 Clause 13-6(1) and Table 13 Parts I & II in the Appendix.

Course duration is 40 hours which consists of classroom and practical training.

Course may accommodate up to 12 people.

Required material will be supplied.

Students are responsible to bring their PPE (steel toe boots. safety glasses & hard hat).

Basic lunch will be provided to all students when training held at Rigging Plus facility.

Group rates are available for more than 10 seats / class.

Training can be provided on-site as well.

Course is constructed to meet the requirements for Competent Worker of a Crane as per Saskatchewan Occupational Health and Safety Regulation (OHS), Part 13 Clause 13-6(5)(b) and Table 13 Part I in the Appendix.

Course duration is 16 hours which consists of classroom and practical training.

Course may accommodate up to 12 people.

ANGLE GRINDER SAFETY COURSE

The course outlines the different safety issues that are present when operating an angle grinder. Practical training includes zip cutting and grinding.

Course duration is 1 day.

OXYACETYLENE SAFETY COURSE

The course outlines the different safety issues that are present during setup and torch operation. Practical training includes cutting and heating.
